On this page you will find important information onhow to onboard with ICG, how to ensure billing runs quickly and smoothly, and how to use Procore for your billing purposes. We are excited to work with you!

Integrity pays the cost for you to be able to use our Procore system alongside of us. This means you can view the most current drawings, specs, RFI’s, and Submittals. Procore is also the required place to submit your payment invoices.

Vendor Onboarding

The following is a list of minimal documents that will be required of you during onboarding. The titles are linked for you to download the applicable forms. Send the completed forms back to the person who sent you the welcome email.

1	W-9 Form
2	DWC83 Form
3	Certificate of Insurance	A project-specific sample COI will be provided from us. If you are performing grading, excavation, plumbing, utility, or electrical work and/or are digging trenches you are required to have XCU as part of your insurance coverage.
4	Detailed SSOV	This is done in Procore. Subcontractor schedule of values – break down your bid line items into billable segments and progressions of work. SSOV must be reviewed and approved by us at least 7 DAYS prior to your first invoice submittal.
5	Subcontractor Contract	The email you gave us is where will send the DocuSign contract (check JUNK!!)

BILLING TIPS for FAST PAYMENT

Following these tips helps everyone get paid faster.

1	Billings periods are based on work completed thru and entire month: 1st thru the end of the Month
2	Billings are due on the 25th or next ICG business day – no exceptions
3	If you anticipate completing more work between the 25th and end of month, you may project-forward your billing until the end of the month – DO NOT OVERBILL, it will be rejected
4	BE PROACTIVE – If you have a question ask it prior to the 25th, don’t wait until the last minute!
